This March Childline are asking schools nationwide to host Lap and Chat. This is a wellbeing initiative aimed to help children and young people open up about any worries they may have, listen to others and reflect on their feelings while being active! We in Milltown NS are delighted to be taking part in this fundraiser on March 28th. Every child in our school will pair up with a friend or friends, walk a few laps and have a good chat! Childline are providing an online school talk along with reflection workbooks for the children on the day. We are asking you to consider donating to our fundraiser in any way you can. If you wish to donate cash please send in whatever you can to the school before March 28th and a donation will be made on your behalf. Childline is the only 24 hour listening service for children and young people and so we hope to raise as much money as we can before March 28th.
