In November Infants enjoyed a series of mindfulness lessons with Orla from Kind Kids Club. These were organised and supported by Cara Phort FRC. We really enjoyed exploring their feelings and how to manage them with Orla and her helpers. We listed to some lovely stories and made some lovely aids to help us manage our feelings. We made mind bottles to help us settle our busy minds and emotions, breathing buddies and wishing wands. We had great fun making these and brought them home to use them as we need them.
